Big breasts are a dream or a nightmare, depending on a woman’s preferences. Women with smaller cup sizes would do anything to have bigger breasts and women with big breasts are often desperate because of them. Why is that so? Well, vanity on a side, big breasts can cause a lot of neck and back pain. That’s the reason some women decide to reduce their size surgically. If you’re not willing to go to surgery, but still want to reduce the size of your breasts at home, we have few ideas that might help you. Those are non-invasive methods that include change of a lifestyle and give results.
Breasts are made of fat and glands. If you lose body fat your breasts will get smaller, too. Exercising is a great way to stay healthy and to lose weight. It will also strengthen muscles beneath your breast, so they’ll be firmer. In order to lose fat, you should do both – aerobic exercises and strength training.
Cardio or aerobic exercises include all activities that make your heart beat faster, such as running, swimming, power walking, climbing, cycling. Keep in mind that the fat starts to melt after 30 minutes of aerobic exercise. You must be persistent. This activity will boost your metabolism and make you lose all-around body fat. You’ll look slimmer and your breasts will get smaller.
Strength training includes exercises for your breasts, such as pushups, traveling plank, plank reach-under, dumbbell chest press, and others. Those exercises can tone and tighten chest muscles, but targeted training alone won’t reduce the size of your breasts. You must pair it with cardio and a diet for the best results.
You are what you eat – it’s true. If you eat mostly junk food, you certainly have excess fat in your body. If you want to reduce the size of your breasts, you’ll have to reduce the amount of fat in your body. Stay away from processed food, food with added sugars, and your favorite junk food – pizza, burgers, chicken wings, deep-fried potatoes, etc.
Track your calories. Eating more calories than you’re able to burn will make you gain weight and that’s the last thing you want if you’re trying to reduce the size of your breasts.
Base your daily menu on fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meats, fish, nuts, and whole wheat. That’s the food that will keep you full and healthy.
Avoid sweetened drinks
Also – watch your drinks! Many people gain weight, although they reduce their food calories intake. Sodas and juices with sugar won’t make you feel full. They will only make you fat. If you crave juices, make a juice out of the fresh fruits.
Drink a lot of water, unsweetened tea, and lemonade. Green tea is a great way to boost your metabolism and lose weight. It’s also full of antioxidants which keep you healthy and helps you burn fat. Green tea has a similar effect as coffee, but it doesn’t contain caffeine. It will load you with energy for exercising and all your daily tasks.
Use spices that boost metabolism
Certain spices, such as ginger, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper are well-known natural remedies that can boost metabolism and make your body burn fat more effectively. Drink tea made of ginger or add it to your lemonade. Ginger is also great for your immune system and it will keep all kinds of viruses and bacterias away from you. Cinnamon is one of everyone’s favorite spices, but this time avoid cinnamon rolls and add a pinch of cinnamon to your coffee or cereal for breakfast. Cayenne pepper is easy to include in your daily menu – just add it to your lunch and enjoy its fierce taste.
Those spices will stimulate your metabolism and make you lose weight and you won’t even notice it. Losing fat will also reduce the size of your breasts.
Buy the right bra!
If you have big breasts you know the importance of the right bra. A bra that fits you perfectly will support your breasts and make them visually smaller. Also, if you want your breasts to appear smaller than they are, wear darker colors and loose-fit shirts. Try to avoid tight shirts and blouses and necklaces that will only attract attention to your breasts.
Breasts can get smaller over time
We’re aware this is not great news, but yes, breasts can get smaller with aging. As you get older the estrogen level in your body decreases and the tissue of your breasts changes. The tissue will become dehydrated and not as elastic as it was. As a result, your breasts will get smaller. If you keep your exercising routine, they won’t necessarily become saggy, they’ll just reduce their size for one cup.
