Perfect skin

Todays beauty standards are very high and cosmetics are rudely expensive. It’s up to us to go back to our roots and ask our grandmas about the natural ingredients that can give us perfect skin. Luckily, mother nature is always with us, and she bares gifts- yes, many gifts, just in disguise! There are many fruit and oils on natural base which can help you with acne, redness, dryness, oily skin, spots, tan difference and many other problems. We (and mother nature) got you covered! So, sit back and dive into our text of revealing secrets.

Apple cider vinegar

Let’s hit it off with my personal favorite- apple cider vinegar. You can get it in almost every store, plus it doesn’t cost much. It does wonders for your skin. I, myself, used it many times and it really helped me a lot. Apple cider vinegar contains acids called alpha hydroxy that will remove dead skin and reveal new, healthier skin. It has the perfect acidity to get you to that sweet spot, in the middle of dry and oily skin. These acids also get rid of any pores and wrinkles. Just keep in mind, all you sensitive skin users, dilute it with water, so it doesn’t burn. Also, if you tend to be on the sensitive side, use the apple cider vinegar only 2-3 times a week, so you get unwanted effect or dryness and redness.

Banana peel

Another trick in our hat, is banana peel. The antioxidants and nutrients in the peels help your skin in many ways. Not only does the inner side of a banana peel brighten your teeth, it can also brightens and softens your skin, fades wrinkles, removes warts, gets rid of acne, lightens scars, and fades bruises. You just put a piece of banana peel, inner side on your skin or area you want to tend, leave it a couple of minutes, until the skin goes brown. Then wash away the remaining.
